Super Potatoes

See it as a meal at Burns Family Meals!

These have been a favorite for decades. If you've got time to oven-bake (or air fry), they're best. If you're only cooking one or two, you can save time by microwaving (but they're not as good). I put out lots of different potential toppings—depending on what I have at the time—and let people create their own. Fun, easy, and delicious!


  1. First, decide how you want to cook your potatoes:
  2. Put the cooked potato on a plate.
    Slit the top and open up.
    Mash with a fork.
  3. Here are some of the most popular toppings we've used over the years:
  4. Eat the entire thing, including the skin. Enjoy!
