The creator, Dr. Carol J.V. Fisher, has a Doctor of Arts degree in mathematics and over 25 years teaching college/high school. The site is unique in that it uses MathML (Math Markup Language) to correctly display the mathematics. Once it catches on, MathML has the potential to change the online math educational world.
